Move to the US or stay in Canada?

I'll be graduating in the winter in CS and I have two options:

1. Move to the US (unicorn, 140K base, 200K TC USD)
2. Stay in Canada (unicorn, 110base, 120K TC CAD)

For the money, no brainer this is US. However, I have a gf of 5 years, my parents are 60+, and I have a new born niece all within 100km of me in Canada.

I've always been planning on moving to the US but moving away from all of my family, my partner, and of course my life long friends have been on my mind recently a lot.

Any advice?
