Its a serious issue

Sad situation

Im so inexperienced when it comes to sex its not funny. I was married for 16 years and the sex was only for his pleasure. Been single for almost 3 years and havent been with anyone. Husband was the only one i was ever with. I want to get back out there and experience life but im so shy about things like this. What should I do?
