Best picture settings for 6Series 50 inch Hisense Roku TV

When watching tv on Dish Network, I have movie mode on... Dark picture setting enabled because it's not too bright in the man cave... even when I have my blinds up on my kitchen window and my door... Default Contrast is at 82... I have dynamic contrast ans noise reduction off... I read that contrast should be at 50 when viewing SDR content like HD Dish channels... I think it looks better at default setting of 82... don't want thr backlight to be too bright... have it on 65 at the moment... had this TV sincr Christmas and yesterday, accidentally hit reset movie mode and had to start over... sharpness and tint are set at 0... Any suggestions on contrast and brightness settings? Also, should HDR settings be default when playing PS5 or watching HDR content? I don't want the backlight to be at 100 unless recommended for HDR... Also... recommendations for Dolby Vision settings?? Thanks in advance...
