2 weeks post contrast dye anaphylaxis

Two weeks ago I went for a heart MRI, and after being given Gadovist halfway through, I went into anaphylactic shock. It started with burning into my head, groin and legs before struggling to breathe. Fell unconscious and woke up to ambos working on me. Long story short, I was in peri arrest when ambos arrived, no BP and no pulse outside of my groin. Needed 10 IM adrenaline shots, adrenaline infusion and steroids to turn it around before they raced me to ED (thankfully across the road from the radiology clinic).

Outside of the event, 2 weeks post I'm struggling with concentrating, tiredness and when I'm sleeping I sleep heavy. Is this normal to expect post anaphylaxis?

I'm not allergic to anything prior to this so never experienced it before. And being a fit 36 yr old male, this is all pretty consuming.
