Facebook was suspended since July 2nd: How can I get my account back

My personal Instagram account was suspended on July 2, and Meta also took down my Facebook business accounts. I’ve spent over $1,000 on ads and now can’t access anything. I submitted the selfie verification—should I click “Recover This Account” on desktop? Can I reach Meta chat through someone else’s account? Any help is really appreciated—I’m losing business!
