Discouraged from PVPing, zero reason to loot anything, 100% boss rate is a meme [Feedback]
Bosses
So for those that aren't aware, this is supposed to be the "hardcore" wipe, where armor and ammo is hard to come by and hopefully extends the early game by even more than before, but here's the deal, Tagilla spawns 100% of the time on factory right now. You can simply go and farm Tagilla to get unlimited sets of tier 6 chest-only armor, tier 5 facemasks, and multiple mags of 7.45 BT (when he has an AK) and otherwise just overpowered weapons and armor for this type of wipe.
To do this all you need to do is load into factory with a pistol, kill a scav, take his shotgun, and then leg Tagilla. He's extremely easy to farm, and you can legit farm 4+ tagilla sets an hour right now
Traders
Traders are locked to level 1, you can't level them past that, which means the hideout is essentially dead. There's no way of leveling workbench, which means 80% of the hideout is locked.
Quests
Quests are disabled for who-the-fuck-knows reasons, and FYI you can simply level faster spamming factory than you can by questing so its disabled because (???)
Scavs
Scavs have a 1 hour and 20 minute cooldown by default, and while many might complain about this, I think this is a good change. Scaving is broken on pretty much every single map, and frankly makes the game easy mode. You never have to go and loot anything on your PMC because you can just scav for loot, hideout mats, etc, and leave all the questing and PVP to your PMC. I think the scav timer is good.
Insurance
insuring costs like 8-10x what it normally does, so you can't fraud your gear from another player so there's an even bigger reason to avoid PVP.
Meds
Meds can't be stored in your gamma which is fine for the majority of meds, but it becomes a little concerning when we're talking about stims, and surv kits. Can you put stims in your container? if not, how does the stim case work? Do you have to just bring it (injector case) outside of your container which means its never going to be used? who knows, but that's not anywhere near as big of a problem as the SURV and CMS. For those that are newer to Tarkov, Tarkov used to be much harder and blacked limbs, especially the legs, were essentially a dead run. There was no way of repairing blacked limbs back in the day and so if you got a blacked leg, chest (from bleeds), or stomach at the beginning of the raid, you were fucked, which means you generally wanted to avoid PVP by any means in the beginning of the raid if you want to do any sort of questing. Thankfully they introduced a way of fixing blacked limbs through the CMS and Surv when they added Jaeger, and it completely changed the game. You were incentivized to take any and all fights because you could simply heal up after them, and it was a great thing for the game. The problem is that now you can't put CMS or SURV in your gamma which means we're PRETTY MUCH going back to how it was before. You don't want to fight because you will come out of that fight worse than when you started it. The loot on the player they kill is meaningless so there's nearly zero incentive to PVP.

See below. lol. Why buy this shit when you can simply go to factory and kill tagilla and be kitted for the wipe?
TL;DR Overall, the hardcore wipe is incredibly boring, there's no progression, its just chasing loot for no reason, but you don't really need the loot because you can't level traders, which means you can't level the hideout, so there's no reason to go and loot technical loot or hideout materials, so ultimately you're just better off farming bosses to then go and PVP, but the problem is that people don't PVP because meds are so fucked and people don't want black limbs so they just camp in a corner more than they already did, or entirely avoid fights. Its a volatile cycle of dogshit.
What can they do to fix this "hardcore" wipe and make it good?

Bring back questing

Make bosses not at 100% spawn rate

Keep flea disabled for the whole wipe

Disable forced transit (which isn't an issue now, but will be later when we do shoreline quests)

Let us level traders again

Let us at least keep CMS/SURV kits in secure container so we don't have 2018 WITH inertia and med animations and reload animations and just things that make blacked limbs even fucking worse that we didn't have to deal with back then

Either lower the price of purchasing low tier armor, or lower the insurance price

Keep Scav cooldowns how they are

Get rid of Scav rep entirely for the wipe, let people scav-on-scav or kill bosses
I'm assuming this wipe is a joke and we'll be getting a real wipe in 2 weeks COPIUM
