DRAM light on after new RAM install

Today, I attempted to upgrade my RAM from 32gb to 64gb. No video. Upon inspection, I saw the DRAM light is on. I figure ok, bad RAM, I'll just put the old sticks back in. No go. DRAM light is still on. I've made sure everything is clean, everything was secure, I reset the Bios by removing the coin battery and nothing is working. I am unable to enter my Bios. Any advice?
