Should I give up?

Hey guys I am an EEG tech trying to get into medical school. I’m 29 and want to get in by 31. My biggest concern currently is my gpa which is a 2.5. I haven’t taken my MCAT yet, (wanted to do it early next year) Should I cut my losses or is there light at the end of the tunnel?
