Moving funds between IBKR and WS

Hey guys. I’m pretty new to IBKR and just started using WS recently as well. For those of you who have this setup can you please tell me what the quickest way to move funds to IBKR. What are the fees and how long does it take? Thanks so much, appreciate the help!
