Delivery Address Issue

I ordered a toothbrush for myself yesterday, and it was supposed to come in today, but it never came. When I looked at the delivery update, it said that the address was incorrect. My address has been the same for long time with zero issues previously, and I haven't changed it at all, so that's not true about it being incomplete.

Is this an issue taking place on Amazon's end?
