XFX Mercury OCVs PowerColor Red Devil 9700XT

So I'm torn between the XFX Mercury OC and the PowerColor Red Devil 9700XT. The XFX card is on sale and is only $50 more than the PowerColor.

Which would you recommend I get? I was initially leaning towards the XFX card but then read about how loud it was.
