Still purging/need encouragement

Hi 20 yr old Female, 105 pounds. Started accutane May 28th for mild but persistent acne. Started 10 mg for 4 weeks increased to 20 mg 2 weeks ago. Still purging with 4-8 new pimples daily. Taking antihistamines and fish oil. I wonder if it’s the heavy moisturizer? Using LR triple. I am increasing to 30 mg tomorrow and may stay there or increase to 40 at the end of this month. I am trying to be patient but purging for 6 weeks seems to be rare, most say 2 weeks of purging. Thank you
