P0446 trailblazer

I have a 2007 chevy trailblazer, and I have p0446 vent valve circuit code. I used to have a leak so I replaced the fuel pump assembly (leak gone, hoses replaced, new lock ring, basically the whole works). Last year I replaced the vent valve and purge valve.

I am thinking the issue could be the electrical connecting to the vent valve, but it does click. I am at a loss here. The charcoal canister could be bad, but I haven't checked it yet. Also, p0446 is the only code. Ever since replacing the pump assembly the car has ran better imo.

I really need help here... I will clean the vent valve and look at the electrical. The charcoal canister and pressure sensor are last on my list. I really dont want to drop the tank again..
