How to balance work in a conservative dominated field?

Hi y’all, I work in sports which is an extremely conservative and male dominated field. As a minority woman I don’t want to lose out the opportunity of working in an industry that I truly love, but I’m really finding a hard time to find balance within my own morals to work with people that voted against my rights.

They are generally nice to me but I can’t find a good method to navigate the field, and men can befriends with each other so easily but I just can’t find a way to break into their circle and not piss myself off at the same time. Would really love some advices from people that are also facing similar challenges!!
