Louder acceleration after oil change - 2014 Mazda3 2.0

I've noticed after my recent oil change my car sounds a bit louder at the top of the 2nd and 3rd gears in particular when accelerating. It also might be getting slightly worse MPG but that's probably just overthinking.

Is this cause for concern or something common and is there anything I can check myself?
