Doing a BIOS update on Thinkpad and the screen is off but Power LED is ON

I started a bios update and when it restarted out of windows i had no output on my monitor so I opened the laptop to see the laptops screen and its also off. Do i wait it out or do i turn it off (ik its really bad to turn off cause it might corrupt the bios) help 🙏🙏🙏
