Metlife vsp choice vision insurance

So i have met life vsp choice vision plan thru my employer. Go to eye dr. And they cannot find me in the system. Neither can costco optical and both are verified in network. Go on metlife website and it says they cannot pull up my vision benefits..... But the site does confirm i have the plan. Cannot even pull the claim form.

Anyone know what is going on with them? Sat on the phone on hold for a while then gave up.
