Itch and redness on labia majora

Just yesterday I noticed that the itch I got down there sometimes wasn't just random. I looked properly and it's red, as if irritated, white (almost skin colored) bumps are also there. I'm guessing the bumps are just fordyce spots, but the redness and itch? Can't be normal. My guess is that this was caused by my habit of holding in pee(part of masturbating process) since my discharge often smells like it even if I clean properly. Though I have no idea of what it could actually be. Ideas?
