Cat Addicted to pets?

Hello all,

A little over a month ago we brought home 3 11 week old kittens! They have taken to us and the house fairly well! One thing that im shocked about is with out Orange kitty (high orange cat energy), When he wants pets HE DEMANDS THEM and border line is addicted to them. Like when im at my desk here for work, he will jump up on the desk and force his way into my hands and arms for pets. If he doesnt get them he will get in my face and scream moew til he gets them, then start to fall asleep with the pets. There have been multiple times he has jumped up on use in the night and scream meowed at our faces til he got pets. Some times during this his nose will get real wet too.

The other 2 kittens get like this some times too but even when they do, its not nearly as bad.

At first i thought he was hungry but then i would check their food and they would have alot left. I also thought maybe something was wrong with the litter box, maybe i forgot to clean it or didn't do a good enough job, still not the case.

Can he just be addicted to pets?
