Manilla (MNL) Terminal 3 (Int) to Terminal 2 (Domestic)?

I'll be landing in Manilla International Airport (MNL) Terminal 3 this weekend and need to board another domestic flight just under 4 hour later in Terminal 2. Has anyone done this? Is it pretty straight forward? I'll have carry one luggage. Thanks in advance for any advice.
