Mechanic Recommendations?

I had my car checked for an oil leak a week ago and i noticed the “belly pan” fell and i went back to the shop today to get it put back. They said the screws are there but the bumper is a little forward? Nothing has happened in the time frame to my car for it to just drop , and it did drop again after i brought it in. Looking for a mechanic near Midvale or Murray. Also does anyone have a price range to fix it??
