reconnect Xbox controller to pc?

So i usually play with my Xbox controller on my PC but if i stop using it, it turns off like its meant to be, but when the controller back on it doesn't pair back to the PC, what I've been doing is turn off and On the Bluetooth, on the PC.

but is there a better way to reconnect the controller?
