Joyce vs Dawn's Art Teacher

I was watching The Body recently and every time I do I am struck by how much Dawn's art teacher looks like Joyce. Like if she showed up in an episode as Aunt Kathy, Joyce's sister I would totally buy it. Am I crazy or has anyone else noticed this resemblance between the two?
