Hi all,

Has any international student here used WES to evaluate their transcripts for graduate admission to SNHU?

I’ve been having a really frustrating experience with them. A few weeks ago, I contacted WES to request a change to a course-by-course evaluation. Shortly after, I logged in and noticed that my evaluation had been canceled, and a refund was being processed.

When I reached out to their support team, I was informed that the cancellation was an error on their part. Since I’ve since decided not to attend the school the evaluation was intended for, I told them I no longer needed the evaluation reactivated and would prefer a full refund instead.

It’s now been weeks of going back and forth with no resolution. They keep telling me someone will follow up within 24–48 hours, but no one ever does.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
