Someone's base drops my FPS hard recently.

Anyone else having this issue:

Your FPS drop where somewhere built a decent size base and soon as your PC renders it into existence the FPS tanks to a slide show until you look away?

Never had this issue until the recent patch update

Their base itself is new but it was fine last week and until I logged in today (1st time this week) Soon as I look in the direction and its not rendering because I got a wall or a large mountain/rock in the way blocking the entire thing my FPS is fine, its only when it renders in my FPS tanks.

Curious if anyone having this too with EU servers.
