Can I get the perks from the physical copy to Siege X?

Sup yall. I had the physical copy on PS4 for R6S, now I got into PC and downloaded Rainbow X. Since I have to upgrade my game edition to be able to play ranked again, and owners of the original R6S have the perks of elite without paying for it, is there a way I can get those perks I would have on PS4 to my PC?
