Chances of dying from an asthma attack 40 minutes away from the closest ER?

HI 33 MALE 155LBS,

So I was just wondering, I have asthma and have had it since I was 11 years old and for work I travel everyday delivering stuff. Well I have to go to some secluded areas which can be up to 1 hr away, I take singular and Advair daily along with Zyrtec as needed.

Here lately I've been having some crappy asthma attacks while driving and having to hit my Albuterol. That got me thinking what if I am far out and have an asthma attack and my Albuterol isn't working? Does anyone have a general idea of how long I'd have to get to an ER?

Also I only take 115/21mg Advair 2 puffs 2x a day, I wonder if I should have my Pulmonologist bump me up in dosage. Thank you for who ever replies 🙏
