Is it possible for someone to love me if i don't love myself?

I feel like it's not possible. I feel like people automatically dislike me because i don't love myself in the first place. Or they maybe do but because i don't like myself, i automatically believe they don't like me too. Which one is true, idk tbh. Or maybe they're both true
