Ordering appliances for move across country

This may be a dumb question, but we are moving from Texas to PA next month, and we need to order washer, dryer, and fridge to be delivered. We have been researching locally, but the question is would it be alright to order it at the Texas store to be delivered to PA, wait until we are in PA, or just order online? Does it really matter, or if we order here would they actually ship it all the way from Texas? We weren't sure if ordering it here would just have it sent from a local warehouse up there? Thanks in advance for any help!
