My elderly parents got convinced by some sellers at Walmart to "buy" life insurance from them. They came and took all their info (socials and bank accounts) and didn't give them any paperwork, contact info, or policy info. My mom did get a call from said company just welcoming her but that's all. When going through the website it's just weird to me. I don't see why a insurance website needs my lP address. My parents are mad at me because I'm mad at them but they literally gave out their entire personal info to some people whos names they don't even know.

Please help if you can. I can't even figure out how to cancel anything if I need too. They got charged once for the payment they said but I'm still iffy.
