Flux Footwear customer service and return policies

I am dealing with Flux Footwear and am waiting to see how their customer service handles my request. I returned a pair of sneakers ($140.00) because the toe box was too narrow, and they gave me a gift card to buy another pair of a different model. There are two choices. Get a gfit card towards a different purchase, or get a refund. If you choose refund, they charge you $13, which in this day and age of Amazon and others, is absurd. I bought a different model that cost $20 more, so I used the gift card and credit card, but they too were very narrow in the toe box. I sent them back for a refund. They refunded $7.00, only the cash part, minus the$13 return fee, and put the $140 back into the gift card, rather than refunding to me or my credit card. But it can only be used with them, and their Sneakers do not have any wide sizes. They have nothing I can buy except a few accessories like socks and ballcaps with their insignia on it. I asked them to give me my money back as every other reputable online company does. I am waiting to see how they respond and will post it on here. I was unaware that the refund would go on their exclusive gift card. If I knew I never would have bought from them because when you buy online you don’t know of things will fit.
