Need help with a strategy

Im growing outdoors for the first time in 30 years. Back then I planted deep in the woods. Now I have 4 growing on my back patio.

Given there is one street light I can manage direct light from that, but my kitchen and dining room lights will likely reach them. Will that much light impact? Can a pop up tent work at night if it has sides?
