Is anyone else drowning in a sea of apps and admin work? I'm feeling overwhelmed and need to know I'm not alone.

Starting a Business

Hey everyone,

I need to vent, but I'm also genuinely looking for advice.

I'm in the process of building a new venture, and honestly, I'm feeling completely overwhelmed. My core business idea is what I'm passionate about, but it feels like I spend 80% of my day just trying to manage the business of the business.

My current "stack" is a chaotic mess of Google Docs for plans, another tool for social media, a CRM that I barely understand, accounting software, and a dozen other small subscriptions. It feels like I'm paying hundreds of dollars a month just for the privilege of being disorganized and stressed out.

I’m at a point where I'm questioning if this level of operational chaos is just the "cost of doing business" or if I'm doing something fundamentally wrong. I'm hoping to hear from others in the same shoes.
