First time on U.C

I've just started U.C, not to sure if i need to do anything apart from what is shown on the account.

Today I was told I have to do some health assessment and fill in some uc50 form. U have no clue what I'm getting myself into.

Any help/advice to gain some understanding will be highly appreciated
