Wireless network adapter missing

Network

I usually use Ethernet as its more reliable however i have recently tried to connect wireless’s to my WiFi (which i have done before on this PC). However the option to connect to a WiFi network is not there. I’ve tried the usual fixes, device manager and whatnot. What’s weird is the WiFi wireless adapter is shown in ‘system information’ as not available, yet when i went into my Bios, only the Ethernet adapter was showing.

I understand that i might just have to buy a usb adapter to fix this but if anyone knows how i can make my PC recognise the wireless adapter then it’ll save me some decent money.

Specs below:

Intel Core i7-11700F Processor | Intel B560 Chipset Motherboard | 300Mbps 802.11n Wi-Fi
