Loan went through somehow just by checking to see how much purchasing power and how much payments would be ?!

Has anyone ever had this happen?! I was looking to purchase tires at walmart . Did the affirm to see how much a plan would be . Had it in the cart but never purchased! And somehow the loan went through and now I made 2 payments on auto pay I never even knew about because I never fully submitted the purchase on the site! Now iam paying on something I don't even have! Contacted Walmart and they say there was no order with the order I.D Affirm gave me.
