Need help with Conolex WWE order.

Hey guys. So I ordered 4 wwe shirts when they dropped months ago. I only ever got 2 and complex is saying that 2 shirts were shipped in 2 different orders. I only got 2 packages with 1 shirt each. They are saying too bad and that I should reach out to hellstar. Anyone have any advice on how to handle this? Thats almost $250 in shirts just gone and complex won't do shit about it.
