Ryzen 7 9800X3D or Ryzen9 9900X3D for new build?

I'm looking at getting a new pc, my current build consists of RTX 5500XT with a Ryzen 5 5600G, so going for quite an upgrade from this.

Having trouble deciding between a Ryzen 7 9800X3d OR Ryzen 9 9900X3D as there is not much price difference but I don't want to go completely over budget (around £1500) like I have done already (current total is £1550). As for a GPU I want to go for a 5070.

For more context

Ryzen 7 9800X3D is currently £399.00

Ryzen 9 9900X3D is currently £598.98

Is it worth it to spend that little extra for the Ryzen 9 9900X3D????
