PCI compliance

Hey folks. I use TherapyNotes and am constantly getting badgered by CardPointe about PCI compliance scans. Not only that, but there's some questionnaire/quiz associated with it that I fully do not understand. Anybody got the 411 on what the heck this stuff is about and whether or not I genuinely need yo complete the questionnaire/quiz portion? Many thanks in advance.
