2020 Rav4 LE Brake Pads Question

Apologies for dumb question. 88k miles on a 2020 rav4 LE. Never had any issues with brakes (no squealing, shaking, brake issues with slowing at all). But also have never changed the pads. It's super hard to get a good look at them and I'm not totally sure what to look for. Most of the miles are highway and my wife and I are both super easy on the brakes (cruise control and defensive/safe drivers).

Regular oil changes at standard times and I go to Gateway who say they do an inspection. But that inspection doesn't have brake pads on the list (does have brake fluid though).

About to drive ~1k miles tomorrow.

Is it possible the pads are still OK? Is it OK to just plan to have them changed when we return? Feeling a bit paranoid.
