Am I in the wrong ?

I try to support small businesses because I know how hard it is to grow a business. That being said, I came across a young lady who made snow globe cups on TikTok shop. I supported her cause she’s young mother, and really into Jesus Christ. She seemed to have supporting husband that helped with her family and even her dad gave some pep talks which I’ve enjoyed. I’ve ordered two cups from her. 100$ total. The first cup, was made on live and she took her time to show result. The second cup her husband made, and he showed it very quickly so I couldn’t really see final results. The next day they went live and I asked if he could post my cup on his page (which is what they do with most cups they make) and he said yes give him a couple mins. His wife was on live and he was posting the new cups his wife made. I sent him a message politely asking to see my cup made again because I wanted to see final results and for two order another sports because my friend wanted one as well. Well he said yes my cup is next. But what happens again? He doens post mine and continues to post others. I commented on video asking to see it once more and it got ignored AGAIN but other cups were getting posted. Am I in the wrong to feel pissed about this entire situation? When I keep getting told it will be posted so I can see the final results but then constantly see others peoples cups posted and not my cup for me to see ?
