Unique trailer commercial auto

Located in NY. I am in the planning stages of starting a business that would involve dropping off a trailer to a residence for up to four weeks. I’ve been contacting insurance brokers for close to two months now and I’ve had no problem getting quotes for GL and inland marine, but I’m having a hell of a time finding someone that will write me a commercial auto policy. The most recent reason I heard was that the carriers don’t like the liability of the trailer sitting on site: someone could pull a chick out and it could run them over. I’m planning all sorts of preventative measures for that, but I can’t even get to that talking point. I’m just hitting a wall with this and not really sure where to turn next. TIA for any help or guidance!
