Slow puff vs fast I have a question

Hey guys I have been using my arnuity inhaler 100 mg because they found inflation on my lungs. Now when I inhale my arnuity disc inhaler slowly I do better I have less anxiety. Now when i inhaler fast I get terrible anxiety help should I inhale slower will it help get the medicine Inside my lungs? Thanks
