Professional Spice Blending Recommendations

For those of you who be it for your business, or for fun, have went through a professional to build your custom season blends, could you share recommendations on the company and your experiences? If they should be avoided,.that information would be welcome as well.

I have a BBQ busienss (recently established and very small) and am looking to explore moving from me building my bulk blends to someone else doing so, both for consistency on my end and to sell to customers.
