I'm thinking of buying a Tmax but..

I found a bargain on a second-hand Tmax 530 DX. I really like the scooter, but after trying from a friend(same model) I started to get doubts about my height/weight. I'm 166cm tall and weigh 65kg, and at low speeds the scooter it doesn't really give me that much confidence, because I touch the asphalt with the tips of my toes and because the large saddle keeps my thighs really wide apart, making it uncomfortable. Do u think it's feasible? Do I just have to get used to it and become familiar with the scooter, as my friend says to me?
