Day 5 post op headaches

Post op day 5 and I came in for a checkup with my dentist. He said all three other teeth, except for my right molar look great..

My right molar is pretty red and not healing as well as other 4 that got removed but he also mentioned it’s not too bad. I really want these tension headaches to go away because they are driving me absolutely nuts. I’m on NSAIDS (ketorolac) and Tylenol 3. The Good thing is the swelling has gone down a lot. It’s really hard to tell if my headaches are from stress, not using cannabis at all for a week or just the healing..🥲
