Just found out my partner might have to go out of town for my birthday…

And I’m trying my best to not be angry. It’s not his fault, it’s his family’s fault. And even then it’s shitty circumstances but DEFINITELY should have been handled better. I’m trying not to be pissed but we have opposite work schedules and hardly get to do anything ever. He specifically asked for my birthday off to spend it with me and now he might be gone for over a week. Trying not to burst into tears at the gym right now, feeling like such a cancer 😭
