My 33M just kicked me 29F out of our house after I found him cheating

We live in Maryland. Looking for advice on best steps to take. I am only concerned about our daughter. He is known to take his anger out on her when we fight because he knows that will hurt me more than anything he could do to me.

You may have come across my other posts. He has not mentioned that he saw my posts on here only that he found evidence of me seeing a lawyer.

Background: we have a four year old daughter. I found proof of him cheating last month and was creating an escape plan. He withholds all household funds as I am a stay at home mom, taking care of our four year old and his two boys from a previous marriage.

He found evidence of me talking to a lawyer for legal advice. He connected the dots and realized I found the pics and videos on his laptop of him cheating. He kicked me out literally an hour ago but I’m scared to go to police because I don’t want him to have ANY ammunition in court when we fight for custody. I am now living in my car. Any advice would be a god send.
