Question re: sex with triangle piercings

Hey! People who have healed triangle piercings, how rough are you able to be with the area without discomfort/pain/irritating the piercing? And, can you comfortably get fisted/use (really) large toys? I like really intense stimulation, impact especially, and front-hole fisting, and it seems like that would mean a triangle would not be a good choice for me, right? What I've found re: sex with this piercing hasn't specifically addressed these concerns, but its focusing on needing less pressure for stimulation seems like maybe confirms my suspicion that it is bad for people who want lots of pressure.
