i am really on my own huh?

❔ Discussion

With the last post (and my first on this subreddit woohoo!) i got gratification that med school dosent have to be as scary as i make it. I guess the only thing on my shoulders is the fact im the ONLY person in my family doing this and sometimes it feels like a shot in the dark. I wanted to talk more here and get some insight in what i now consider the longest journey im going to experiance academiclly. Ive been doing a ton of research related to guidance through undergrad and getting to know the lingo like stats and the hpsp scholarship.

i wanted to ask somewhere in this post if switching my major from biology to world languages ( under the humanities catagory!) would be a good decision? i still want to do the pre med track and heard that its better to actually do something you like as a major and not suffer all 4 years doing something i dont really fancy.

thank you for anyone who reads or comments :) you will be a candle in this foggy alley!
